…It’s true. You are touched by something that will grow and bloom. in you.”
Natalie Merchant
There’s a moment — and if you’re reading this, you probably know the one — where you stop and think: this chapter is different.
Not worse. Not over. Just… different in a way that deserves more attention than you’ve been giving it.
I hit that moment at 55.
My calendar, which had spent decades being filled with things I had to do, suddenly had space in it. Real space. And instead of feeling free, I felt strangely untethered — like I’d been handed a blank page and forgotten how to write.
I started paying attention differently. To what I actually wanted. To what I was curious about. To the women around me who were quietly doing the same thing — not reinventing themselves, not hustling toward some new version of themselves, just becoming more fully themselves.
That’s what I wanted a space for.
Quittin’ Time has been a treat to build with you. It was made for the exhale at the end of the day — the few minutes that were just yours. I hope it’s been that.
But I’ve been pulled toward something that goes a little deeper.
It’s called Bloom.
It’s for women in their 50s who know that this chapter is too important to sleepwalk through. Not because something is wrong or needs fixing. Because something is right — and worth paying attention to.
No hustle. No pressure. No pastel graphics telling you to live, laugh, love.
Just thoughtful reads, honest questions, and the occasional thing that makes you set your phone down and think yeah… I want more of that.
That’s it. That’s Bloom.
Starting in March, Quittin’ Time becomes Bloom. You’re already subscribed — nothing changes on your end. But if this doesn’t sound like your season, no hard feelings at all. You can unsubscribe and I’ll be grateful for the time we had.
And if it does sound like yours?
I’m really glad you’re here.
